General Manager-Posts-3
Pay Scale: 43200-3%-66000
Age: Max 52 years as on 1.6.2010
Qualification:
Engineering Graduate in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Naval Architecture/Marine Engg. preferably with Post Graduation in Engineering/Management.
Experience:
22 years of exp. in Ship Building/Heavy Engineering Industry out of which 2 years in immediate lower grade or in equivalent rank.


Additional General Manager-Posts-2
Pay Scale: 36600-3%-62000
Age: Max 50 years as on 1.6.2010
Qualification:
Engineering Graduate preferably with specialization in Management/Strategic Planning/Finance.
Experience:
22 years relevant exp. in reputed organisation out of which 2 years in immediate lower grade or in equivalent rank.


Deputy General Manager-Posts-8

Qualification:
Engg. Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical/Production. Material Management qualification will be preferred. OR Graduate in Science or Commerce with 2 years full time or 3 years part time PG Diploma or MBA or equivalent in Material/Supply Chain Management.
Experience:
8 years exp. in indigenous/ Import procurement of Product equipment and/or bulk consumables out of which 4 years in immediate lower grade. Master’s degree in Engg. with 6 years similar exp. will also be eligible.
